Yeah Unfortunately all the devices has to be jailbroken because you can't install XBMC on a non-jailbroken device. But currently all devices having ios 5.0.1 and lower can be jailbroken. and all AppleTV 2 can be jailbroken. Appletv 3 cannot.

Well, I'll post the Instructions only here if you or you think anyone else is interested feel free to post these instruction and files at other khmer forums.

First You must install XBMC on the devices you want to watch the video on.

Here's instruction on how to install it on the IPhone, IPad and IPod touch

Once XBMC is installed Go into Cydia app within your IPhone, IPad or Touch and search for and install IFile. Afterwards use your Safari Internet browser on your device and go to my Project Site to download my Addons code.google.com/p/dk-xbmc-repaddon/downloads/list.

I've already created 3 Add-ons plus a Live TV stream list to 18 Cambodian TV channels.
When once Safari Finish downloading the files choose to send the downloaded file to IFile->Zip Viewer

Afterwards Launch XBMC application and go into settings->add-on-> Install from zip file->choose Home-> Select zip file you downloaded.

To watch the live TV stream. Download and install LiveTV.zip Add-on on XMBC and download khmertv.zip and extract khmertv.xml file inside of it. Then follow this video on how to install the Khmertv.xml as a source

I'll Create more add-ons for other site if There's a lot of people requesting.

Ok, I just post this and see if anyone is interested. I've create a few plug-ins for XBMC (Xbox media center) that will allow you to watch videos from a few video sites like khmerportal khmerAccess and such through xbmc. Some of the devices you can install the XBMC player on are jail-broken IPhones,IPads and AppleTV devices and once installed you can watch these videos and watch live TV streams from about 18 Cambodian channels. Also with the Apple tv device you can stream these videos and shows directly to your tv. If there is interest from a lot of people I will post the link to my plug-in and instructions how to install XBMC and my plug-ins. Not sure if sites like Khmerportal would like that or not but I created it for my friends and their families who aren't internet savvy, which means of course that I'm the one who sets everything up for them LOL.
